These terms govern your use of heyparrot ("the Service"), an AI-powered CV builder. By using heyparrot, you agree to these terms.
heyparrot conducts an AI-powered interview about your career and generates a professional CV based on your responses. You can edit the generated CV and export it as a Word document (.docx) or PDF. The Service uses Google's Gemini AI for interview and CV generation.
heyparrot costs $14 USD, charged as a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. Payment is processed by Creem, our third-party payment provider.
By completing payment, you receive access to one full session of the Service: one interview, one CV generation, and full editing and export capabilities. Your session is available for 24 hours from the time of generation.
Your interview and CV data are stored in your browser's local storage for 24 hours. We do not store your data on our servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Because your data is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for saving your CV before the 24-hour session expires. We cannot recover lost data.
The CV generated by heyparrot is created using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). While we design our prompts to produce accurate, professional CVs, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or formatting issues.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using it. heyparrot does not guarantee that the generated CV will result in job interviews or employment.
The CV generated by heyparrot belongs to you. You may use it for any personal or professional purpose, including submitting it to employers.
The heyparrot brand, logo, code, prompts, and interface design are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
We aim to keep heyparrot available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Google Gemini) that may experience downtime or rate limiting beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
heyparrot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid ($14 USD).
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your CV, contact us at support@heyparrot.co and we will work to resolve it.
heyparrot uses Google's Gemini AI to conduct interviews and generate CVs. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of heyparrot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
